3D Cross sections in VisualBuiling Software

For 3D Cross sections please see attached image.

1.Select the 3D construction Icon
2.Select Vertical Plane
3.Drag the vertical plane in the either 2D or the 3D view . Place for starting point and second click for end point.


You can make the plane transparent by dragging a glass material on the plane.
You can adjust the plane further by double left click on the plane.
In the plane general options you can make the plane cut through selected layers or all layers at once.

Great- I needed this info. Its not that well documented in the manual- but now I know its easy.
