To make navigate easier you can "User viewpoints" within Visual Building.
This makes it moving around your project easy jumping from one room too another.
In the 3D project view on the top horizontal bar click on the “save user viewpoint” . This will open the properties where you can name your view point.
You can create multiple view points and easily select them by the drop down menu next to the “save user viewpoint”.
